Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: October 16, 2026
Sapid Agency wants everyone who visits sapidagency.com to be able to use it, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
Our Standard
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for web accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We treat that target as ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox.
What We Have Done
- A “Skip to main content” link is the first item in the keyboard tab order on every page.
- Site navigation, links, buttons, and form fields can be reached and operated with a keyboard and show a visible focus indicator.
- Images carry text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Every form field has a programmatic label, and required fields are identified in text, not only by color.
- Text and interface colors are chosen to meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text.
- Pages declare their language and use a single top-level heading.
- We run automated accessibility tools and keyboard-only testing as we make changes, and we fix what those checks find.
Known Limitations
Automated tools catch only part of what matters, and some third-party content is outside our direct control. Areas we are still working on:
- Embedded third-party content, such as video players or analytics widgets, may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Where we embed a map or video, the same information is available in text on the page.
- Downloadable documents published before this statement may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We will provide an accessible version on request.
- Content supplied by partners, or quoted from external sources, may not meet our standard.
- Some pages still skip a heading level or use small tap targets. These are WCAG best-practice items rather than AA failures, and we are working through them.
