Digital Marketing Pricing

Priced by your market, not by a menu.

Every engagement is the full Trinity — SEO, AEO, and GSO on one architecture. What varies is your market's difficulty, and we price it from the data.

Why we don't sell channels separately

Buying SEO without AEO and GSO is buying a car two wheels at a time. Your buyers ask Google, ChatGPT, and their phones — one engagement covers every place the answer comes from, because one architecture serves all three.

The engagement

Three parts. One outcome: you become the answer.

Google Business Profile Campaign

$1,500/mo$2,500/mo in dense metros · month-to-month, run it as long as you want

Want proof first? GBP, Maps, and local SEO for one keyword cluster on your profile. One month or twelve — your call. When you're ready for the full engagement, we simply start the Trinity.

02

The Build — months 1–3

Includedno separate build fee

Market assessment, keyword research and your keyword matrix, brand assessment, site skeleton, full build — the same process this site was built with. Foundational SEO runs in parallel from the moment the skeleton stands: no lost time, no lost ground.

Trinity Management

$4,000–12,000/moscoped by competition tier · month-to-month

One number, two jobs: we run your WEBSITE itself — updates, performance, continuous iteration on Google's feedback — and everything search: SEO, AEO, and GSO as one system. Primary cluster campaign and first-location GBP included. Reported on numbers you verify in your own accounts.

Up to 50 related keywords per cluster — the five shown are the head of it, from live search data. The goal is a growing share of each whole cluster: rankings, AI-answer citations, and agent recommendations.

Cluster campaigns

Growth priced by difficulty, not by guesswork.

Each campaign targets one keyword cluster. Before we quote it, we pull live difficulty, cost-per-click, and competitor data for your actual keywords in your actual market — the price follows the measurement. We target the whole cluster — up to 50 related keywords — and grow your share of it: rankings for a widening portion of the terms, citations in AI answers, and pickup in agent recommendations. Not one keyword to position one; the entire conversation.

04 · War zoneDominated by national players spending five figures monthlyCustom Trinity engagement18+ months — a dedicated engagement, not an add-on

The war-zone rule

If your cluster scores Band 4 — say, injury law in Manhattan — we will not sell it to you as an add-on, because no add-on budget wins that fight. We'll show you the data and scope it as the dedicated engagement it actually is. Agencies that promise otherwise are pricing your hope, not your market.

Pricing questions, answered.

How much does Sapid digital marketing cost per month?

Trinity Management runs $4,000/month in local low-competition markets, $6,000/month for regional competition, and $8,000–12,000+/month custom-scoped for premium verticals in major metros. Every engagement includes the full Trinity — SEO, AEO, and GSO — plus Google Business Profile management and continuous site iteration. There is no separate build fee: your AI-built, Trinity-architecture website is delivered across the first three months of the engagement while your initial campaigns run from day one.

Why don’t you sell SEO by itself?

Because buyers no longer search one way. Rankings, AI citations, and voice answers are one visibility problem served by one site architecture — selling them separately is selling a car two wheels at a time. Splitting channels means paying twice for the same foundation and getting a strategy that pulls your site in different directions. The one exception is the standalone Google Business Profile Campaign — a month-to-month Maps engagement you can run for as long as you like, designed for businesses that want proof before committing to the full build.

What is a keyword cluster campaign?

A cluster is a group of related keywords your buyers use — for example, everything around "invisalign" for a dental practice. Each campaign funds the content buildout, optimization, and tracking for one cluster, priced by its measured difficulty: we pull live keyword-difficulty, cost-per-click, and competitor data for your actual keywords in your actual market, and the price follows the data. Easy clusters cost less; battleground clusters cost more; war-zone clusters (think personal-injury law in Manhattan) are not add-ons at all — they are dedicated engagements, and we will show you the data that says so.

Is there a contract?

No. Trinity Management is month-to-month — you stay because the numbers justify it. Your website is built inside the first three months of the engagement, and you keep it either way: everything lives in your accounts and your infrastructure. The standalone Google Business Profile Campaign is month-to-month too — run it a month or a year, and upgrade to the full engagement whenever you’re ready.

Do I own my website?

Yes — your domain, your accounts, your analytics, your Search Console, and your website. The build is subsidized by the engagement, so if you leave within the first twelve months you choose between two published options. Full buyout: take the site exactly as it runs, fully optimized — headings, metadata, schema, internal-link architecture, everything — for the remaining build balance (your kickoff build plan prices every page at $750, credited one-twelfth for each completed month; from month twelve the balance is zero and the optimized site is simply yours). Standard handover, free: take your complete working website — design, content, pages, navigation — without the search-engineering layer, which is our work product; your next SEO team applies their own. Either way we hand over the full repository and support the migration. What never transfers is our management system — the continuous iteration, data pipelines, and playbooks — because that was never in the site. Both options are written into your build plan on day one. No surprises at the door.

How does pricing work for multiple locations?

The Trinity baseline includes Google Business Profile and local SEO for your first location. Each additional location adds the same local-layer work — profile management, Maps optimization, local signals — priced on a gently scaling curve: the per-location rate eases as you add locations, reaching roughly a 25% total scale discount around ten locations. It scales gently on purpose: the heavy lifting per location does not shrink just because there are more of them.
